Referral Fee Program Terms and Conditions
Your Virtual Tour, llc. provides participants with a chance to earn a 10% referral fee commission for new Client referrals who purchase a Virtual Tour through Your Virtual Tour, llc.
The referral fee shall not be made by any other method. The referral program is subject to the following terms:

You cannot refer yourself;

You cannot refer a person that is an existing or past client with Your Virtual Tour, llc. in any capacity;

Your Virtual Tour, llc. reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to decline services to a referred client at any time;

Your Virtual Tour, llc. may discontinue its Referral Program at any time and will not be liable for any loss of income;

Your Virtual Tour, llc. may decline a referral at any time without giving a reason;

In the event of conflicting referrals, Your Virtual Tour, llc. reserves the right to determine who receives credit for such referrals;

You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to represent that you are acting on behalf of Your Virtual Tour, llc. or that you have the authority to enter in any agreement on behalf of Your Virtual Tour, llc.;

Referral fees are calculated and paid on a monthly basis via check mailed to you;

The Virtual Tour service booking must be paid in full to be eligible for referral fees;
The referring party shall govern himself/herself in a legal and ethical manner. The referring party shall not misrepresent Your Virtual Tour, llc. Services or prices or impose any fees or charges or minimums in connection with Your Virtual Tour, llc.
Your Virtual Tour, llc. reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate activity. Your Virtual Tour, llc., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to delay payment of any Referral fee while it conducts an investigation of any such activity. If Your Virtual Tour, llc., in its sole discretion, concludes a referral was deceptive, you agree that Your Virtual Tour, llc. will not be obligated to pay any Referral fee for such referral.
Each time that you refer a new client to Your Virtual Tour, llc. and that client has paid for booking a Virtual Tour service, you will receive one Referral fee equal to 10% of their entire Booking Fee for their first Virtual Tour. You will receive the Referral fee within thirty (30) days after the end of the calendar month when there was a paid Virtual Tour booking for the referred client.
Once a participant reaches a total of $600 in referral fee payments in any calendar year, the participant will be required to complete a W-9 form (a one-time requirement per fiscal year) before the pending referral payments will be sent.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Your Virtual Tour, llc. referral program at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion.
Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any form of illegal means of communication is illegal, prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of your participation in this Program. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in similar actions by us with respect to terminating your participation in the Program.
By submitting a referral to Your Virtual Tour, llc. you are agreeing to and accepting the above terms and conditions.
